Beginning in Accra, this tour continues on to explore the unimaginable peace and deep culture of 3 regions - the Eastern, Central and the Greater Accra Regions! Travelers will witness firsthand the rapid growth of this historic country. The travelers will also see how this young Republic survives and thrives in today's geo-political climate. Travelers will have opportunities to shop and negotiate with craft artists face-to-face. The church will visit village schools, tour museums, explore nature, and encounter chiefs and queen mothers. But most importantly, the travelers will experience their own reactions to learning firsthand about the strength, resilience and brilliance of those whom history has recorded and entitled as "slaves"; we learn that they were not slaves... they were/are our ancestors!
